Jedediah’s Catering and Concessions is a full-service event, private jet, in-home catering, and concessions operation headquartered in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We began in 1980 as Jedediah’s House of Sourdough on Jackson’s Town Square, founded by a couple of young restaurant workers with a dream of opening their own mountain-man–themed restaurant.

Our employees make everything possible, so we work hard every day to ensure they have what they need to thrive in our mountain community. From living wages to professional development and growth opportunities, we invest in our people because when our team thrives, our customers and community do too.

Our success over the past 40 years comes from both our dedicated team and the community that supports us. With 110 team members, we make sure every customer feels like they have a friend in Jackson. Our team stays involved and gives back. Jed’s has contributed over a quarter of a million dollars in financial and in-kind donations to local organizations and charities in the past decade. From sponsoring events to assisting nonprofits and supporting neighbors in need, we show up for our community just as our team shows up for our customers every day.
