Jedediah’s Catering and Concessions has been a community institution for nearly 50 years, and we are just getting started. We want to assure the community and our many loyal customers that Jed’s is ready to serve. Our foundation remains the same: to deliver authentic mountain hospitality with efficiency, quality, and care. Jed’s provides full-service event catering, a mobile food service truck, and our grab-n-go products from our wholesale division.
“It has been a privilege and an honor to serve our community at the airport. We welcomed visitors, residents, and the airport staff for over 6,975 days without missing an opening. Through pandemics, power outages, storms, and more, our team shows up every day with warmth, authenticity, and efficiency. We look forward to continuing to serve our community,” shared CEO Rhea Brough after the Airport Board’s decision to award the food and beverage contract to another firm. “We congratulate Tailwinds and Fine Dining Group on their contract award and wish them and the airport great success. Our focus now is supporting our amazing team that has served the airport and its patrons for over 17 years through this transition.”
Founded in 1989, Jed’s was Jedediah’s House of Sourdough, located on the town square. For nearly 50 years, we have shown up for our community and our employees, and we will continue to do so. Thank you, Jackson, for your business and your trust in Jed’s.
