Mike Gierau – Owner & CEO
Considered by many to be an ambassador to the community of Jackson, Mike is a successful businessman who has grown Jedediah’s from a small restaurant to a multimillion-dollar corporation spanning a variety of food service and retail operations.
Mike has been an active participant in the community, serving in leadership roles on various organizations, including Teton County Commissioner, Wyoming Democratic Party Chair, Jackson Town Council, Jackson Chamber of Commerce, Jackson Hole Visitors’ Council, and Jackson Hole Air. Mike was named the 2015 Teton County Board of Realtors’ Business Person of the year.
Rhea Brough – General Manager
Rhea has been a driving force for Jedediah’s since 2003, applying her business acumen and food service savvy in her role as General Manager. She combines her high energy with a keen eye in identifying opportunities for driving business across Jedediah’s Corporation’s various lines of business. Rhea takes a very hands-on approach to working with her team to ensure Jedediah’s reputation for high quality food and exemplary service shines through in every customer experience. Under Rhea’s leadership, Jedediah’s grew JAC revenues 140% since 2006.
Deborah Rodvik – Chef
Deborah leads Jedediah’s culinary team with a passion for delivering great food. She brings over 25 years of restaurant experience spanning a wide range of styles including banquet and convention facilities, resort restaurants, and catering services. Deborah’s love of food and cooking can be seen in her creative and flavorful menu offerings, along with the care with which each meal is prepared and served.
